Long Position

A trade where you buy a cryptocurrency expecting its price to go up. Going long is the most straightforward trading strategy: buy low, sell high. Most people who hold crypto are in a long position, whether they realize it or not.

She opened a long position on Ethereum at $3,000, hoping to sell at $4,000.
